Head Coach
Hailing from the south suburbs of Chicagoland, Kaylee Pellack is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a seasoned cheerleader with an illustrious career. Her cheerleading journey spans 16 years in All-Star cheerleading, including numerous national championships and appearances at the World Championships. Kaylee cheered for Purdue University’s coed spirit squad while earning her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education. Post-college, she cheered for the Indianapolis Colts’ Blue Stampede Stunt and Tumble Team and initiated a CheerAbilities program in the south suburbs of the Chicagoland area.
Kaylee’s commitment to the CheerAbilities division originates from her personal experience, growing up with a sister who has cerebral palsy. This influenced her to become a special education teacher and cultivate a platform where all athletes can accel at cheerleading. Armed with her unique combination of special education knowledge and cheerleading expertise, Kaylee tirelessly works to nurture development within the CheerAbilities community.
Known for her innovative approach to routines and constant adaptation to maximize her teams’ potential, Kaylee shares her passion and knowledge to enhance the CheerAbilities division. Over the years, she has coached cheer teams at various levels, with her heart devoted to the CheerAbilities division.
Under Kaylee’s expert guidance, her CheerAbilities teams have won multiple national titles, including NCA and Cheersport Championships, and secured three World Championships at the ICU World Championships. Moreover, for eight consecutive seasons, her teams have earned bids to compete at the Cheerleading Worlds, a privilege granted to only five teams each year. Through her efforts, Kaylee continues to uplift the CheerAbilities community and enhance the opportunities for special abilities athletes in cheerleading.
